Eine wirksame Absaugung basiert auf der Erfassung der Schadstoffe möglichst nahe an ihrer Entstehungsquelle. Je nach Art der Emission und Arbeitsprozess kommen unterschiedliche Erfassungselemente zum Einsatz: 

  • Punktabsaugung: Absaugarme oder -hauben erfassen Emissionen direkt an der Quelle, z. B. beim Schweißen oder Schleifen.
  • Flächenabsaugung: Absaugtische oder -kabinen eignen sich für Arbeitsbereiche, in denen Emissionen über eine größere Fläche entstehen.
  • Raumabsaugung: In Fällen, in denen Punkt- oder Flächenabsaugung nicht ausreichen, kann eine allgemeine Raumlüftung erforderlich sein. 

 

Die Auswahl des geeigneten Systems hängt von der Art der freigesetzten Stoffe, ihrer Konzentration und den spezifischen Arbeitsbedingungen ab.
